Drafters (Interior Fit-Out/M&E)

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to understand and translate design specifications into technical drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients/designers on M&E system requirement/design construction
  • Liaising with technicians on construction drawings
  • Site inspection and update drawings
  • Prepare submission drawings and AS-Built drawings
  • AutoCAD drafting

Requirements

  • Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design/Mechanical & Electrical or Building Related
  • Good knowledge and hands on with AutoCAD software
  • 2-3 years of drafting experiences
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Committed and able to work long hours
